Yoga and movement
In these movement sessions, we emphasize exploring and expanding your movement possibilities with curiosity and playfulness. That means more mobility and more movement confidence. And an unwinding of stress.
We also focus on the skills of tuning into your body to ‘feel all the feels’, both physical and emotional.
You get to refine your mind-body awareness so that you're more attuned to yourself.
This awareness is a gift that enriches not only any other movement that you do, but also your life in general.

Meditation coaching
Are you keen to meditate but bewildered by all the offerings - and you'd like a clear way forward?
Or have you done some meditation but you feel a bit stuck or bored and unmotivated?
I primarily use the approach of Unified Mindfulness, a secular framework that is truly empowering.
We address your particular needs and goals, and together create a meditation practice that you find interesting and rewarding, and that you can take 'off the cushion' and into your life.
Whether you’re a complete beginner or a more experienced meditator, I can support you to build a lively and satisfying practice.

Mind-body coaching
Do you feel stuck around a particular situation or issue in your life? Do you need fresh perspectives? Do you want to find out how to support yourself so that you can think differently, do different things, even “be” differently?
Get your whole self on the job.
Mind-body (embodiment) coaching is a form of life coaching that brings the body - as well as the mind - into the picture.
In a coaching session, you're guided to feel what’s happening in your body and emotions (rather than exclusively staying ‘in your head’) and to ‘feel into’ other possibilities and actions that align with your values.
This approach is surprisingly powerful and often fun.
